How do I stop yelling at my kids?

I am a 34 year old woman and am tired of yelling at my kids. I never even raised my voice at them before but lately I have been losing it. I have yelled at them over nothing, and I feel like a total piece of shit for doing it. I am just wondering where I can start to stop yelling.<br><br>Edit: I am going to start counseling next week, thank you to all who have commented.
