How do I get justice for my most loyal companion who's been in his passing for 8 years

My pup was only 3 years old when he was brutally murdered. most loyal companion I have ever had. I had to watch him bleed out on the street. To this day, no justice. How do I cast a spell to honor his passing and how do I get Justice for him. I'm tired of living in this world where I can't see any justice. <br><br>He was killed by a car and the car was going at about 70mph on a 25mph road. I have tried every avenue for justice. can someone please give me some insight.
