Was Epstein the one who blackmailed the royal family over Prince Andrew?

So, I have never come across Prince Andrew being arrested or charged over child abuse. The royal family do have very good connections to law enforcement, the police, but was it actually Epstein who had the dirt on Prince Andrew and was using it to get into the royal family, especially the queen?<br><br>It’s a shame Prince Andrew is not in jail, but he is hated by the public, but that’s surely not enough.
