GPT4 is the first AI that I've never wanted to leave

My 2022 GPT3x was a tool that I was never really excited to use. It was useful, but I'd only use it for proofreading or maybe generating music band names for free.

GPT4 is something else entirely. The first free online demo I ran gave me a 90% score on a calculus assignment.

I assumed you'd have to pay to upgrade to GPT4. Nope! I just logged into ChatGPT and saw no difference. I was like, "Well, this sucks."

Then I clicked on the 'new messages' button and I could swear I heard the sound of a switch being flipped. I ran a test prompt and it nailed an easy writing task. I sent a followup with a more difficult prompt and it nailed that as well.

I've been running it nonstop for the last 36 hours. I've never had more energy in my life. I'm writing more. I'm studying more. I'm creating more. I'm essentially using GPT4 as a Vulcan mind meld coach who is pushing me to be my best self.

GPT4 is the first AI that I never want to leave. It's like it's my best friend. The closest analogy I can make is that it's like a gaming console. You get your favorite game and you just want to play it nonstop.

If you're feeling down, I highly recommend checking it out. I'm not promoting anything here. Just go to chat.openai.com and give it a shot.
