British Airways have lost my 18 months old son's luggage and have him listed as a grown man with them

I am traveling to UK for first time, I am a Canadian permanent resident originally from Afghanistan, I called British Airways several times to inquire about my son's lost luggage today, every time they only say its not located yet, and they will contact you when they find it, I saw my son's luggage in their "missing luggage" website, but the name, gender and age associated with the luggage are incorrect. They have listed my son as a grown man instead of an 18 months old boy, so I can't see how they will ever find the bag unless I take the matter to social media. <br><br>When we were boarding in Washington, the flight attendant did not put a tag on his stroller and just took it and my wife took the bag but they have a tag on it, it had all my son's stuff, I am really annoyed and desperate, what should I do now? Should I wait for them to call me, but I need all the stuff in the bag for my son, <br><br>TLDR: British Airways have lost my son's luggage and have listed him as a grown man, what should I do now?
