US fights for Ukrainian democracy while jailing those who protested for democracy at home on Jan 6th 2021.

In the US we have a constitutional right to peacefully protest. Some people protested on Jan 6th 2021 at the US Capitol building for democracy. <br><br>Their demands? They wanted transparent, auditable, and full hand-counts in swing states. They also didn't like that the voting systems were hooked up to the internet on election night.<br><br>Instead of city & state governments doing audits and hand-counts, the FBI rounded up the people who protested for democracy and put them in jail. Many are still in jail today. Some of them face up to 20 years in prison.<br><br>Imagine how weird it would be if our government spent billions of taxpayer dollars to help ensure that Ukraine has free and fair elections, but in the US they are arresting people who want free and fair elections.<br><br>Oh wait, that's exactly what's happening.<br><br>This is a good reminder that our country is ran by tyrants and they do not care about our liberties or having fair elections. Our government does not even allow us to peacefully protest anymore.
