French girl asking questions

Hi , I'm from France, and I wanted to know if there are people who push the goods that they want to steal the most at the bottom of their shopping cart while they walk around a store ?<br><br>In France, we call them "diablesses" which I guess translates to english as "devil carts" .. But I don't know if it's a regular word in english .. <br><br>I would also like to know if you are familiar with these "devil carts" and if you have ever seen a store detective walk over to someone who kept a "devil cart" and catch them ?
