I think I've lost most of my respect for women

I've been an egalitarian forever, believing that obviously men and women are different but we both have our strengths and weaknesses and that way thanks to each of our unique gifts we work together to create a better society. I've tried to be extremely respectful to everyone and I'm only 19 years old, so just started going out to talk to girls. And I've gotten rejected, stood up, or treated badly by pretty much every single girl I've approached. All of my male friends have been absolutely supportive and respectful to me and my friends have never treated me badly. I've realized that I've stopped respecting women and I'm starting to see them as selfish assholes like the majority of women treat me. I've given women the benefit of the doubt for my entire life and I think I'm done.
