Even if schools taught you how to do taxes or other life skills, not many students would pay attention

In my money management and trading class, we learned how to do our own taxes and how to invest properly. I had 3 lessons on how to do my own taxes. My teacher even gave us a free tax software to do our own taxes so we didn’t have to pay turbine tax or some other shit like that. I pay attention and i’m glad I did. I did my own taxes this year and I got about $300 back and my dad got about $1,300 back. But some of my classmates didn’t pay attention and had to pay to get their taxes done, and they got about $50 back each. If schools taught more life skills like that then not many students would actually pay attention
