Did women ever once love men?

Like they were happy to see us. Like they were hoping for us to come home. Like we brightened their day. Did women ever care about us? Were they ever happy to share their lives with us? I know that women were fulfilled by their own families. By their own children. By their own friends. But did they ever truly, deeply, passionately love men? Did they ever feel so much love for us that they cried? Did we ever make their hearts pound? Did they ever just want to hug us?<br><br>Because these days, I’m not so sure. I see women proudly declaring how much they hate us. I see them attacking us in public. I see the hate in their eyes. I see the disrespect. I see the utter contempt. And I feel like I never did anything wrong. I put effort into our conversations. I take them out on dates. I share food. I leave the bathroom door closed. I give them flowers. I compliment them.<br><br>But not anymore. I’m done. I’m done with being your baby maker. Done with being your trophy. Done with being your submissive. Done with being your enemy. I’m done with women.
