Just told I won't have a job next year but I won't know until April

We just got told that our school is a large budget hole and because of this many of us are being let go next year. They told us that it will take a few months to figure out their budget so I won't be able to start looking for a job until then.<br><br>I'm in Utah and it's a very conservative place so we are in a job crisis and I know it will be hard to find a school on short notice to take me.<br><br>How can I find a new job not knowing if I won't have a job in a place that has a huge job shortage?<br><br>Edit: I should also point out that the district is also having a huge teacher shortage.
