I couldn’t be more ashamed of my country rn. And I’m livid and disgusted. Not everyone here is a Republican or conservative. Honestly I hate them and I think they’re extremely fucked up and selfish. I don’t get people’s hate for this country and the people in it. It’s not that I love it. I feel trapped here, but I want it to be better. And no that’s not for the sake of conservatives, it’s for the sake of the people around me and for the sake of the earth. We need to be better. I don’t know why I’m writing this. I just feel so angry and hurt that this is where we are. We are so backwards and ignorant. I don’t want to be an American right now. Sorry if I’m upsetting anyone with this post. I agree with you if you think that the US should be held accountable for everything we’ve done and we absolutely should. I want people who are dispatched to make sure Trump and every single one of his followers get charged with crimes. He’s an absolute monster. Honestly I’m so done with conservatives. I’m so done with how selfish and evil they’ve been for centuries. And I agree with anyone outraged by this entire situation. But I’m on the same side as you. I’m heartbroken and I’m angry. I’ve been crying for days and I feel so trapped and helpless.
