AITA for not saying anything after I walked in on my barefoot boyfriend eating poop

I’m not really sure if I should do anything about this. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 10 years. We started living together only 2 years ago.<br><br>We both have a not so great past relationship wise, which followed into our first 2 years together being rough and having major issues. We were seeing a couples therapist at the time, and everything got really bad when I caught him cheating on me. I left for a couple weeks and he still convinced me to give him another chance. We got back into couples therapy after that and things have been really good lately. <br><br>He told me that the reason for his past relationship issues and infidelity was because he was diagnosed with attachment disorder. The therapy and medication has caused him to not have the need to do weird shit anymore. I monitored him for a while and he seemed to be doing fine so I trusted him again. He has been great to me and we don’t fight anymore.<br><br>The other day, I had a bad day at work and I needed to go to therapy after that so I ended up coming home really late and he was out and about. When I came home and turned on the light, I saw him sitting on a dog bed eating his own shit as he was also barefoot. I got really disgusted and left to stay with a friend again without saying anything. When I came home he tried to talk to me about it but I was too disgusted to say anything. <br><br>He’s begging for me to give him another chance because he’s not in the right headspace and has been having nightmares lately. I don’t know if I should give him another chance or leave for good. AITA if I don’t give him another chance after this?
