To the women who wear nothing but underwear in the locker room, why?

I don't feel like there needs to be an explanation here. If I caught a dude with his junk hanging out in the locker room cause hes "comfortable", I would be creeped out. Also, I dont feel like I should be judged for wanting to be modest and change elsewhere.
