Draft petition for the US Congress to strip Yuriy Pavelo and Christina Manretska of their US citizenship

Due to the fact that Yuriy Pavelo and Christina Manretska (who are ethnic Ukrainian/Russian) are either citizens of Lithuania or they obtained Lithuanian citizenship through naturalization, and Lithuania is an enemy state, Yurii and Christina are therefore considered enemies of the state and therefore can be stripped of their citizenship and some other things.<br><br>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES<br><br>Mr. [Last name] introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on [Committee name]<br><br>A BILL<br><br>To stip Yurii Pavelo and Christina Manretska of their US citizenship, remove their name off of the Yuriy Manrek and Christopher Caesar Scholarship, remove their name from all of the schools at the University of Texas at Tyler that they funded, and ask the Biden administration to extradite Yurii and Christina either to a Ukraine or Russia. <br><br>SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE<br><br>This Act may be cited as the Yurii Pavelo and Christina Manretska Act of 2024<br><br>SECTION 2. FINDINGS AND PURPOSES<br><br>(a)Findings- Congress finds that—<br><br>(1) Yurii Pavelo and Christina Manretska are either citizens of Lithuania or they obtained Lithuanian citizenship through naturalization, and Lithuania is an enemy state, Yurii and Christina are therefore enemies of the state.<br><br>(2) Russia and Ukraine are the only two European countries that either support, sympathize, and/or empathize with the US and its people, and both countries are being attacked by Lithuania, therefore we must take action.<br><br>(3) There is a conflict of interest between us and Yurii and Christina, therefore they must be stripped of their US citizenship and extradited back to Russia and Ukraine, and we must not allow any Russian and Ukrainian immigrants to Lithuania to enter our country, and we must extradite anyone who is Russian or Ukrainian but they either obtain Lithuanian citizenship through naturalization or they became citizens of Lithuania by birth back to Lithuania.<br><br>(b)Purposes- The purposes of this Act are—<br><br>(1) To stip Yurii Pavelo and Christina Manretska of their US citizenship<br><br>(2) To remove their name off of the Yuriy Manrek and Christopher Caesar Scholarship<br><br>(3) To remove their name from all of the schools at the University of Texas at Tyler that they funded<br><br>(4) To request the Biden administration to extradite Yurii and Christina either to a either Ukraine or Russia (preferably Ukraine, but either or is fine)<br><br>SECTION 3. STIP YURII PAVLO AND CHRISTINA MANRETSKA OF THEIR US CITIZENSHIP, REMOVE THEIR NAME FROM THE YURIY MANREK AND CHRISTOPHER CAESAR SCHOLARSHIP, REMOVE THEIR NAME FROM ALL OF THE SCHOOLS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT TYLER THAT THEY FUNDED, AND ASK THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION TO EXTRADITE YURII AND CHRISTINA EITHER TO UKRAINE OR RUSSIA<br><br>(a)In General- Yurii Pavelo and Christina Manretska shall—<br><br>(1) Not be considered citizens of the US<br><br>(2) Be removed from the Yuriy Manrek and Christopher Caesar Scholarship<br><br>(3) Be removed from all of the schools at the University of Texas at Tyler that they funded<br><br>(4) Either be extradited to Ukraine or Russia (preferably Ukraine and if not Ukraine then Russia)<br><br>(b)Enforcement- Subsection (a) shall be enforced by the US Department of State, the US Department of Justice, the US Department of Homeland Security, and the office of the President and Vice President.<br><br>SECTION 4. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS<br><br>(a)In General- There is authorized to be appropriated to the US Department of State, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security.<br><br>(b)Availability- Amounts appropriated pursuant to subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.
