Does anyone else wish that humans could just be on the road to getting rid of the need to work?

I get the argument "what's the fun in getting money from nowhere" but at least people would have the ability to explore their hobbies if they wanted to without having no money to sit and explore those hobbies because they're just trying to keep on top of their bills.
