A 20% School Tax?

I'm sorry, but people in America will have no problem voting out small businesses and other businesses to tax the shit out of them to fund failing schools. How about we change schools to charter schools and fund them? How about we pay parents to send their kids to private schools? No, people will rather tax small businesses so billionaires can get richer and fund failing school systems. <br><br>The dumbest shit I've ever heard in my life.
