I was almost kidnapped by a well trained pairwise kidnapper

This will be my first real post in this sub. I've posted a few things in the past, and I signed up just for the sake of this post, but my story is too freaky to not be posted here. So, this happened on a normal Saturday. I had gone over to my friend's house on the other side of town, when a man approached us. We were walking down his street, towards his house, when he approached us. He was wearing a blue shirt, and had a badge. He said he was from the neighborhood watch, and then I started to notice that there was another man right behind him, watching me. I'll call him Tom, since I don't know his real name. Tom was a tall man, he looked like he was very strong, and he seemed very emotionless. Anyways, the man, who I'll call Bob, came up to me and asked if I had seen anything, and I said no, but I had only been in the neighborhood for maybe 30 minutes. He seemed to be very curious about me, and he asked why I was here, and I said that I was visiting my friend. So he introduced himself to my friend, and my friend said he had never seen him before. The whole time, Tom had been just watching me. Anyways, I got a bad feeling about these two, and I told my friend that I was gonna go tell his parents that we were there, and that we would have to talk later. So I told Bob that I was gonna go tell my friends parents if we were gonna stay there all day, and he said that, "I don't think that will be necessary." Tom started walking at me, and I started to run away from them, and I told my friend that we needed to get inside the house. So I told my friend to go get his parents, and I told them what had happened. So they said I could stay inside for the day. So while I was in there, I decided to look up neighborhood watches in that neighborhood, and there are none! I looked it up on the official website, and there wasn't a single neighborhood watch in that neighborhood. So I waited until Sunday to tell anyone about it, and I told my mom what had happened, and she said that I probably almost got kidnapped, and I was pretty confused. I didn't know that people could be kidnapped by neighborhood watches that don't exist. Although, I do know that it is very unadvisable to talk to people from neighborhood watches. So yeah, that's my LetsNotMeet story.<br><br>Edit: Wow, this blew up! I'm glad everyone likes the story. I've never written anything before, so I'm not exactly the best at this. I just wrote it as fast as I could, and then proofread it as fast as I could, and when I posted it, I was pretty sure it had several misspellings. But I didn't go back to fix it, because I'm lazy like that. I'm pretty sure that it would be easy for kidnappers to do this in real life, because they could just make a neighborhood watch, and then convince the people who live there to talk to them. Although, I don't really know if that would work.
