Has anyone else noticed extremely frequent delays recently?

I've noticed a significant increase in delays recently in chatgpt and dallas. It seems like every few minutes, it freezes for about 10 seconds, and then unfreezes. It's super annoying.<br><br>I'm curious: are other people experiencing this? Is it just me? I've seen other recent threads about things like extremely long response delays, responses freezing before they're finished, etc, so maybe it's a problem with the model itself?
