Why does everyone want to be a millionaire, but not a billionaire?

Why would you want to be a millionaire? If you only work 100x harder, you'll be a billionaire. I'm not lazy, but I'd rather be a billionaire than a millionaire.<br><br>It's like if you're going to rob a bank, why not rob 100 banks?
