My Trip to the Future

It was Saturday, May 2, 2015, and I was packing for a trip to fall camp, a 4H event for those of you who don't know that term falls for Halloween. <br>I was thinking about the election for 2016 and wondering when the candidates will start campaigning. <br>As I was thinking about the election, I had a strange feeling like I was in a dream but when I pinched my self it hurt like a real pinch would, so it wasn't a dream. <br>I felt a pull like when you're on the elevator in a 56 story building and it falls 3 stories. I fell to the ground, and it hurt like a real fall would hurt, so I wasn't dreaming. <br>I got up and went through the door, and it hurt like a real door would hurt, so I knew I wasn't dreaming. <br>I stepped out side into the hall and it was full of people, I was surprised because there were only a few of us at the house, and it was only a few minutes to eight, and we had hours until the bus left. <br>Then I went through the door, and it was a busy street. <br>I went through another door, and I was in a busy mall. <br>Then I saw a newspaper on the stand, and I was thrown into shock. <br>That's when I realized that I wasn't in my fall camp building, or at home, or in any mall I had ever been in. <br>The newspaper was from July 15th 2026, and I was in a mall in New York City. <br>That was when I realized I had just stepped into another world, or time; I had stepped into my future, I was only in sixth grade when I went into Fall Camp, and now I was going into college. <br>I had traveled in time, and I had no idea what the future held. <br>I had gone from 2015 to 2026.
