What did they mean when they said “a pitcher of cream for theaviga... and a cachuch of milk for my kids” ?

In the 90s, there was this huge dude that would come into the diner I worked at in Cleveland , very funny and big. He’d come in and order a double cheese with bacon (a huge dude with kids) and then he’d finish with “ a pitcher of cream , for theaviga...and a catchuch of milk, for my kids” of course he’s not paying for it and they’d bring it out in a big pitcher and of course the kids would get a couple of gallons of it after that pitcher was empty
