Any other frequent flyers coping with the lack of layovers/non-stop flights?

I travel frequently due to work and I understand that I shouldn't complain but it's just so frustrating. By layovers I mean layovers that last less than 1-2 hours. <br><br>A lot of the usual routes I fly have turned into non-stops and I'm stuck with coping with the soaring ticket prices. I'm not exactly sure what the cause is but I believe that pilot shortages may be playing a part.
