My school district has done an amazing job training us for in person school

They are having us do a “soft start”. Two days for staff training, a day of no students and 3 days where the students are split into smaller groups for orientation and meeting with their teachers. <br><br>They’ve given us a power point with the adaptive curriculum, a very detailed schedule, and a list of rules with ideas for posters to set classroom expectations. They’ve also given us a schedule for the kids with times blocked out for training.<br><br>I feel very well prepared with a plan and a good timeline to get the kids used to the classroom rules and training. <br><br>I’ve been very frustrated with our school district on a lot of things, and I’m super impressed with the job they’ve done with this.
