Well this is embarrassing...

Well this is embarrassing... I am 32 years old and I know it sounds crazy but I have never watched any of the Matrix movies. I grew up in a home that prohibited the watching of a lot of movies because they were deemed satanic. There was a lot of restriction on the things we were able to watch and a lot of things that we were not able to do.<br><br>I came across this sub because I was browsing Chambers and saw this weird post on r/redscarepod. The post pretty much said that "it is crazy to think that after the sinking of the Titanic 99.9% of people just continued to sail on other ships in the same way that do now." I thought this post was interesting because a few days before that I had received one of those Amazon recommendations and received a book recommendation for "Simulacron-3". I received this book recommendation because of a purchase on Amazon I had made some time ago, a purchase of Philip K Dick's "Ubik". I received this recommendation because PKD was the inspiration for the Matrix. I did end up ordering Simulacron-3 and just finished reading it. I am now going to watch the Matrix movies. I just thought this was a weird experience of how everything happened. It was through some weird recommendations that I am about to watch the Matrix. I know it may seem crazy but I am not sure what else to do.
