What is it about the momentum

Like, before I had my first baby (a kid), I thought the newborn days were so hard. Then I had a baby and I was like "oh wait no this is actually really hard!" (Like, before I had my second baby (a baby) I thought the newborn days were so hard. Then I had a baby and I was like "oh wait no this is actually really hard!" You get the point).

I have a 3 kid, a 2 kid, a 1 kid, and a baby. The 3 kid used to like the baby, but now the 3 kid doesn't take it very well when the baby is fussy or in their way, which is all. the. time. I love my 3 kid, but I'm feeling guilty that I'm being a terrible mom (again) this time by abandoning the 3 kid in favor of the baby, because I just want to baby to quit being so fussy. I don't want to go to the park, take an adventure, model a new skill, or help this 3 kid put together a craft. I want to figure out how to fix this baby. But I also really miss my 3 kid. This baby has been a game changer for this 3 kid. She's not equipped to handle all this fuss and bother. I used to like momentum. Now I don't like momentum so much.

So what is with all this momentum?
