New "Request rate exceeded" error

Suddenly today, I'm getting an absurd amount of "Request rate exceeded" error messages. I'm on the premium plus plan, and I use it frequently to create art and documents for my business, but I've never had this issue before. Literally 3 weeks ago I produced 150+ images with the last prompt, with only a random "rate exceeded" error in the middle that resolved itself after a few minutes.
