I’ve been having the most hilarious conversations in person today. <br><br>Friend 1 is adamant we’ll get 15k. “The governor is a Republican… and we’re in Oklahoma. We get so little funding **and** they hate us. They’ll give us 15k when the average in the US is 11k.”<br><br>Then I talk to the union presidents for my district. “The governor is a Republican.
