Does the brakes in your car stop the car when it detects your phone is in a voice call?

Asking this because I saw someone post this in r/askreddit. I am a driver from a second world country but haven't encountered brakes working while on a voice call. I have been driving for over a decade and haven't heard of such a thing either. Which country is doing this?
