Got a call for the first time ever from a breeder and she thinks my snake escaped!

Her snake was last weighed on the 19th and her vet said it was eating my male which is a 18.5" Mojave / Ghost. Her snake is 45" and has a head like a baseball bat! I said I have no clue how it could have gotten in my snake enclosure as the lid does not come up at all it is an Exo Terra 24x18x36" and it just can't fit under the lid. I picked up my snake and the first thing I noticed was a bite mark on it's neck. It was a bit defensive but I didn't think it was that big of a deal as snakes will bite each other every now and then. I then looked and sure enough my snake had a tail that just didn't look right! I looked closer and sure enough it had the tail of her snake inside of it! I picked it out and it was a bit difficult to come out. The tail was completely inside of my snake. I can't believe my snake could eat a snake whole tail like that. I'm so disappointed and I know she will be upset.

Thanks for reading!
