Does anyone have advice on how to deal with these fuckers

I'm on my 3rd bedroom infestation out of our 3 bedrooms. I get nothing but these motherfuckers sucking my blood every night and they just will not stop fucking coming every night. I have used that permethrin spray and it does nothing. I have suffered from these fuckers since July and they just wont stop fucking coming. I'm on the 2nd fucking treatment for them. I'm at my fucking wits end out of our three bedrooms. I'm sleeping on the sofa just to get some fucking sleep but they still manage to get me on my arms and neck while I'm trying to sleep. I just fucking hate these fuckers. I have no fucking clue as to how they get in the house 24/7. Any advice would be fucking great.
