AITA For Being Livid With My Parents And Brother After I Walked In On Them Using My Stuff?

Hello. I (F43) just had the most disgusting thing happen to me. My family is very close (I have one brother) and we have always been very good about sharing. All of my life I have never had a problem sharing, because I was always taught that that was just how you treat the people that you love. I also have always believed that your home should be an open home, where people can come and go as they please, and everybody should feel welcome.

That has sort of started to change over the past few years, when I started realizing just how taken advantage of I have been my whole life. My brother and parents would consistently go into my kitchen, without knocking, and take my food. They would open my refrigerator and just take whatever they wanted. They would use my Tupperware, and never wash it or put it away. They would even open my cabinets and take whatever they wanted from in there. I would buy a bottle of my favorite diet soda, and I would wake up the next morning and it would be gone. I would buy a package of bologna, and the next morning it would be gone.

They would walk into my house and just throw themselves onto my couch and start flipping through my channels. They had no boundaries whatsoever, and I just started to feel like I was living in a neighborhood where nobody knew how to knock. They would even go into my bedroom, sit on my bed, and go through my drawers. I could never even wear a sundress or anything like that because my mother and sister in law would pull up my dress and talk about how big my thighs are. I'm a 14, and I have a curvy figure, and I just started to feel so violated and demeaned because of this.

It didn't even end there. I own a beauty salon, and I sell makeup. They would take my products from my room and use it for free. They would take my wigs from my room and wear them to work. They would take my bras and underwears and use them until they were dirty, and then they would just throw them back in my room. They would take my shoes and wear them until they were scuffed up and smelled bad.

I have always just looked past all of this, because I didn't want to be the type of person who was stingy with the people that they love. So this year, I decided to buy myself a bunch of really nice things for Christmas. I bought myself a whole new makeup line, a bunch of new clothes, wigs, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and perfume. And I had the bright idea of keeping it in the garage so they wouldn't know. Big mistake. Because when I woke up this morning to grab something, I walked into my bedroom and my brother and his wife were in my bed wearing my clothes, and they were both using my makeup. My mother was sitting in my chair, on my phone, looking through my pictures.

I FLIPPED. I screamed at the top of my lungs and I asked them all what the hell they were doing. They all of a sudden looked very embarrassed, and they all started rushing around like idiots. They all looked like they had just been caught with their hands in the cookie jar, and they didn't know what to do. So I did something that I have never done. I very loudly told all four of them to get the fuck out of my house, and to not come back until I asked them to. Then I took my house keys and I went to my friend's house and I cried for a long time.

My brother and mother have called me approximately 1000 times, crying and telling me that I am being a jerk and an asshole. My investors have called me, telling me that I need to get my head in the game, and I need to stop being petty. So AITA for flipping out on them?
