Weird news on this weather out here.

I have to kind of keep my location vague so nobody knows who I am, but I'm in the NE. I was on weather.com today checking the forecast and it said we have a 94 percent chance of snow on Monday and then another 95 percent chance of precipitation on Tuesday. Snow is not uncommon for this time of year, but I had to go online to see what weather out here would be perfect for the bugs to travel. It said that out here the bugs travel in the 40s and 50s with plenty of moisture and no wind. We are barely getting any moisture out here this winter so I would expect the bugs not to be out much this spring with the way that they have been out the past couple years. But then I had to double check the weather forecast again. I know I said in the 40s and 50s with no wind and moisture, but weather.com said that both days we are going to get ran over with rain and wind. I don't know what gauge they are using but I don't know if those weather people know what they are talking about. But I'm reading it so it's what I'm going to go with.
