I had the realisation that every single piece of media I consumed today has been written in the style of absurd internet comedy. I wore speakers for most of the day, and when I was on my phone, I had a podcast on aping the style of a radio show. When I had a snack, I had a crisps packet that was aping the style of the "cruel" brand, which is just the name of the snacks instead of "yummy". My wallet is from a brand that is so hypermasculine it is just trolling. The internet is a beautiful place to spend time in.
