No amount of social media popularity (Instagram, TikTok, etc) can prevent the heavy, heavy regret of getting a part of your body chopped off.

Something I've been thinking a lot about recently after reading online of a few people who regretted transitioning, and how they regretted ever socially transitioning albeit not able to reverse the effects of HRT.

Something that also hit me recently was that if you go ahead with Suurgery, no amount of clout or popularity on social media, whether it be TikTok or Instagram or whatever, will be able to reverse the regret of regretting such a thing. Sure, your account might have a million followers after you post your transition photo, but that million followers wont be able to ease the regret you'll feel if it's something you have to live with for the rest of your life.

Living as the opposite sex, changing your voice, or Suurgery are things that you cannot, ever, undo. And sure, after you chop your balls off or chop your cock off, you might feel good for a brief moment, but I feel like that moment is momentary. Like you know when you get your first car, albeit a shitbox, it's kinda fun. But after a few weeks, you'll be bored out of your mind driving that car, and it wont have that novelty to it like it did. It will literally be a part of your everyday life. If you're trans, and you regret it, no amount of clout or 'popularity' will make that pain go away.

The things that are reversible, that is, hormones, and social transition, will ruin your life. But it won't ruin it forever. But if you chop your balls off or get breasts, it's forever. And honestly, after posting your transition photo with a million likes, and the likes die down, you'll have to live with that. Forever.

Feel free to share thoughts.
