I love black people, but I don't like calling them [n-word]

I love black people, they are truly amazing and talented, but I don't like calling them "[n-word]". I love black people in my heart, I like seeing them, interacting with them, getting to know them, and having them in my life. I love their existence in this world. I know that the term "[n-word]" was originally used to describe black people, and some people may still use it, but I've personally never been comfortable with it. I find it offensive, and I don't think it's appropriate to use it to describe someone based on their race or color. My personal preference is to use their name or a term that they prefer, rather than something that might be perceived as offensive.
