I'll be 30 years old in 2 years but my hair is already thinning

I'll be 30 years old in 2 years but my hair is already thinning. I was hoping to find someone to be with but it probably won't happen now. I'm losing hope every day and I have no idea how to deal with it. I've lived a lonely life for the most part for the past 30 years and the thought of losing my hair and being alone forever is very painful for me. I can't believe this is my life
