App for aggressive passive aggressive notes

Like a suurbition to passive aggressive notes. Everyone would be able to see all these and you could upvote them. There would be a button for searching new ones near you, but sometimes it would randomly add a note in your area to make you get up and look for it. <br>It would be a mix between a prank app, a funny post your story type thing, and a pokemon go type game.
