This world is dying in front of our eyes

We love to read the bible on judgement day signalling the end of the world, yet we don't see what are we doing to the earth. The wildfires in Australia, the unbearable heat in the Middle East, the melting of the polar ice, the hurricanes and tsunamis, the melting of the glaciers in Iceland, the rising of the sea level, the fragmented rainforests in Amazon and the snow in June, and more.<br><br>The Earth we have known for all our lives is dying. This current generation is killing the planet and destroying its future. Each microplastic, each unnecessary use of plastic straws, each throwaway in the trash, each carbon footprint released into the atmosphere, each misuse of water, each oil spill into the ocean and each bird being poisoned is killing the earth.<br><br>Scientists have been telling us for centuries that the earth is running out of its resources and that we have to save it, but no one listened. And now? We are receiving punishment for our own mistakes. Yet we are still killing it, slowly, signalling the end of the world.
