I hate that my husband pokes fun at me often.

I feel so belittled and hurt and embarrassed. He has made me feel so dumb and unimportant that I don’t even know who I am anymore. He has this pokes fun in a playful way that really isn’t playful and it makes me feel so embarrassed and hurt. I feel like I’m walking on eggshells around him because everything I do he makes me feel stupid about. I feel so alone and like I’m constantly being humiliated. I wish I wasn’t married to this man because I feel like I’m losing myself to his often “joking” but really belittling pokes fun at me.
