“Hey, you dropped something. Oh, it’s your standards.” Is a cop out.

Someone saying this at your expense is(enumating) you for the lowest common denominator. You have the freedom to make your own choices and the people you surround yourself with should be giving you good advice and encouraging you to be your best self. If you are dropping your standards then change the people you surround yourself with. They are dragging you down and they don’t care about you. <br><br>Edit 1: Yeah I didn’t realize this was a repeal until I looked at a similar post after posting. <br><br>Edit 2: If I was a decent writer I’d write a good story about this.
