Just got myself fired from my job

I put my hand up for a new role in our company that supposed to be for someone with AI background. I went to the interview with a team lead and after providing AI answer he told me how horrible my answers were. I asked him why I'm not a good fit and he told me "you are not even aware if it" and I told him I'm not a good fit because I have a disability. He got upset and told me "this is not disability it's a difference" and I told him "oh you have a bad disability". The next day I got an email from HR asking for a meeting and telling me I have to go back to my old job and I'm not a good match for the new role. I told them "I changed my mind and I'm not taking the job anyway" and they told me it's not up to me and the decision has been made, they want a meeting with me. I asked them why they didn't call the team lead and ask him about the horrible answers I gave in the interview and I got a reply saying they did. Now I have a meeting with the director of the department to hear my last paycheck, I'm not worried at all I'm getting a job in AI within days it will be with a company that take advantage of me as much as they can and I'm fine with that, since they need me to be alive to get the work done.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit: 1. I'm not in the US, I'm in a country with no disability act<br>2. Yes I'm going to press charges<br>3. Yes I will go to HR<br>4. I already quit my job and I'm working on my resignation letter for the next 2 weeks and I'm going to take a day off a week until it's done.
