What if a Minecraft Map, but instead of blocks it's made of Countries, Provinces, and Cities

I am creating a huge map of a Minecraft world but with countries, provinces, cities, etc. instead of squares. This world is called the "Terraverse".<br><br>It all started when I was looking at a Minecraft map and I thought "What if each square is not a block but a country". That was the beginning of it all.
