Why are women the only ones who get their breasts and other organs removed as part of some “social movement”?

Why is this even a thing? There’s no such thing as men getting their balls cut off as part of some “movement”. Women get their breasts removed and it’s considered “empowering”. They get their fallopian tubes removed and it’s considered “a smart decision”. Wtf is wrong with this species?
