What would Jesus do in a world of magic?

Let's say the Christian Bible is accurate. What would Jesus do in a world where magic is actually real? You could find Jesus casting spells to help the people around him. A possible path for Jesus in that regards could be:<br><br>**Study the scriptures, find spell and incantations in the Old Testament, and use them to heal the sick and the blind**. For instance, there's a passage in the Old Testament that says "In the beginning [was the word], and the word was with God, and the word *was* God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men". If the word of God is actually a magical force, Jesus could heal people by speaking the word of God to them.<br><br>Or, he could go about exorcising evil spirits from possessed people, not with prayer but by using *magic spells* to cast out the evil spirits. We barely see Jesus getting angry with the people around him. However, when he does get angry, it's with the *moneylenders*, who are people who are in the business of exchanging magical energies for money.<br><br>In this context, the money lenders are testing people's magical powers, and then either *stealing a little magical energy* from them, or forcing them to sell their *magical energies for money*. Jesus could potentially see the moneylenders as evil because they are *exploiting people's magical energies*, and that's why he actually smashes their tables and chases them out of the city.<br><br>This changes the interpretation of some passages of the New Testament. For instance, Matthew 11:12 could be interpreted as meaning that Jesus's disciples are using magic to further the message of God, but that isn't working because magic is evil. That's also why Matthew 10:1 could be interpreted as meaning that Jesus is giving his disciples the power to perform exorcism magic to cast out evil spirits. This could also be why "Money can't buy miracles", as a rich man or a person with money can't buy his way into heaven.<br><br>But I'm just a simple heathen who hasn't read the entire Bible.
