How Does Your Country Handle Refugees From Other Countries?

Floralia handles refugees by allowing them in and accepting them. Once they are in the country, they are handed a small pamphlet that lists all the rules to become a citizen, and those laws do not change because of any war or crisis unless otherwise stated. Floralia has a no tolerance rule for terrorism and simply kills anyone who is found guilty of terrorism. To get the citizenship of Floralia requires 3 years of residency, and 2 years of military service.
