I'm a 10 year old kid and I'm a huge bug collector i have been for years and tonight I found a new species on the common western conifer seed bug that I've never seen before. I've posted it on several accounts and nobody has any idea where this color is from. I think it's just a rare morph but I would love to find out more. This bug is about half of the size of a normal western conifer seed bug. I've been collecting for years so I have a good idea of what bugs look like, but this one is different. If you want pictures of it I can post them for you. I'm a kid so I know you might think it's fake but I promise it's not. And I'm not saying this bc I want to be noticed, I'm also 10 so I do not care about that. I just want to get to the bottom of this. I might post more when I get some evidence. I'm still finding more. I am a kid that loves bugs and I want to know where this color comes from whether it's a mutation, a new species, or a certain type of bug. I'm just a kid but I will do my best to figure it out.

Edit: I've got a picture of it and it's posted on my Instagram which is @bugdaddydude. if you want to check it out. I will post more pictures every time I find one. I'm also thinking about reaching out to some local universities to see if they want to check it out.
