What would a person be like who only lives in their head and spends 90% of their time daydreaming?

I think about what a person who daydreams 90% of the time would be like and I can’t seem to picture it. I imagine it must feel like you’re a secondary character in a movie, and everyone else lives in their own world. I mean, people like that need to go out and buy groceries or something, and interact with people. How would your daydreaming work in that situation? Would you just zone out for an hour while standing in line at the grocery store, or would it continue even as you interact with the world? What kind of thoughts would you be having if you’re daydreaming that much?

I can’t wrap my head around it. I mean, people like that must exist, but what’s their life like on a daily basis?
