Police should NEVER be called after a victim of a car accident wakes up from a coma

I see so many news reports of people getting sued, even having their wages garnished and their driver's licenses revoked after a victim of a car accident wakes up from a coma and sues them for millions of dollars.<br><br>I don't care whether it is a car accident or any other type of accident, if you are in an accident and someone is badly injured to the point where they need to be put in a medical coma, you should NEVER call the police. It's an ACCIDENT for a reason and they could wake up at any time and sue you for millions of dollars and ruin your life.
