Usual disclaimer, I’m no lawyer. <br><br>I’ll give a couple of examples below and I want to know if a judge would be able to issue a court order for a bunch of Republicans to be deported? And if so, to which country? If not, why not and what law is it that prohibits the judge from doing so? <br><br>Example 1. <br><br>Trump is not who he says he is and is actually Boris Johnson. <br><br>Example 2. <br><br>Ted Cruz is lying about being Canadian and is actually a Russian pretending to be Canadian. <br><br>Example 3. <br><br>Trump claimed to be American for 76 years but he’s actually a Ukrainian who has never been to America. <br><br>If you’re an American but claim to be from another country, can you be deported to one of those? <br><br>If not, what reason would the judge have to deny such a court order? <br><br>Also, I’m assuming we are talking immigrants here, right? When does a person stop being an immigrant and become a citizen? <br><br>Sorry, I’ve got so many questions. Any info would be appreciated.
